When you submit a catering enquiry, Andaaz collects the details you provide in the catering form, which may include:

• full name
• email address
• phone number
• preferred event date
• occasion
• estimated guest count
• approximate budget
• pickup preference
• dietary needs or preferences, if you choose to share them
• event details and what you are looking for

When you sign up through the "Stay in the Loop" form, Andaaz may collect your first name, email address and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile number, along with your separate email and text marketing consent choices.

The website may also record limited interaction information to help it work and to understand which pages help customers reach online ordering. When a visitor chooses Order Pickup, this may include which website link was used, the referring page, a timestamp and the destination. This information is not used to identify you personally.

Information you submit may be used to:

Submitting the catering form is an enquiry only. It does not confirm availability, pricing, a reservation or a catering order.

Information submitted through the catering form is stored so authorised Andaaz personnel can review the enquiry and follow up with you. Access to submitted enquiries is limited to authorised members of the Andaaz team.

Online ordering and payment are handled by Clover. When you choose Order Pickup, the Andaaz website redirects you to Clover's online ordering service.

Any information you enter or that is processed on Clover is governed by Clover's own privacy practices and terms. The Andaaz website does not process or store your card or payment details.

The website records limited interaction information for Order Pickup attribution, such as which link was used, the referring page and a timestamp. This helps Andaaz understand which parts of the website help customers reach online ordering.

The website does not use advertising cookies, retargeting, behavioural advertising or location tracking.

Through the "Stay in the Loop" form on the homepage, you can choose to hear from Andaaz about new dishes, special offers and what is happening at the restaurant.

Marketing consent is optional. Email consent and text (SMS) consent are separate choices. Choosing one channel does not automatically consent you to the other, and you are not subscribed automatically just by submitting the form. At least one consent choice is required to sign up, and a mobile number is required if you choose text consent.

Andaaz stores your signup and consent choices for future authorised marketing use. Promotional emails and text messages are not being sent through this website yet. If you would like to change or remove your consent, contact Andaaz at andaazkitchen6@gmail.com.

Andaaz does not sell customer personal information. Information may be handled by service providers required to operate the website or to provide services you request.

The Andaaz website is built and hosted on the Base44 application platform. Online ordering and payment are provided by Clover. These services handle information according to their own practices and terms.

Andaaz takes reasonable steps to protect information submitted through the website and limits access to information such as catering enquiries to authorised users. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to enquiries, maintain business records, meet applicable requirements and operate the business.
